After completing my M.B.A. from International Business & Marketing, I started my job as marketing executive in Lupin Pharma. Within 1 year, I left the job due to some personal reason.Within 1 month, I joined as production supervisor in an extraction plant. After 3 years, I joined Patanjali Ayurveda aa an Assistant Manager in Extraction plant and was involved in various R&D work(Noodle Tastemaker/Powervita/Juices/Ready-to-eat/super critical extraction) as well as project. I looked after Noodle Tastemaker Section, Extraction as well as Power-vita Production. I got an opportunity to work on various process as well as product improvement projects.I was also involved in technical discussion in projects and played a vital role in purchasing spray dryers, 2 MT-40MT capacity extraction plants and other machinery.Again after 3 years, I left Patanjali to add something new in my profile and joined as an Manager QA/QC & Regulatory in Quantum Natural Pvt. Ltd. a MNC working in Ayurveda as well as Dietary Supplements.Again after 3 years, I joined Nutriorg as a Plant Head to implement what I have learnt and to gain organic products knowledge.I tried to make myself #dynamic & #multiskilled
