 Plan and schedule ORACLE training for Toll-GFT (Global Finance Transformation) program across the globe Perform audience analysis as a part of TNA for all BU’s and countries impacted under the program Map the ORACLE training courses to users (trainees) as per their ORACLE work profiles and training requirements Manage end-to-end ORACLE training (training plan, venue bookings, training invitations, user registrations, feedback reports, etc.) using the Training Management Software-ARLO Prepare weekly training dashboard for the stakeholders to present training statistics and trends of the entire training program  Act as a main point of contact for all training deployment and training throughput related inquires Develop process documents and standard operating procedures (SOP) on training deployment approach, trainer’s role & responsibilities and escalation matrix

 Work closely with all Change Managers to understand training requirements for their respective BU’s and plan sessions accordingly Maintain and update all training related data - Total number of registrations and attendance, Training sessions planned Vs completed, Trainers feedback report, Training requests received , Training venues availability, booking and logistics requirements

 Lead the training function for one of the top leading outsourcing firm ‘Quatrro Mortgage Solutions’ based out of three different locations in India and one in the USA Design and Develop training for end-to-end US Mortgage processes – Loan Processing, Underwriting, Closing and Servicing Ensure training objectives are designed based on Performance-Condition-Criteria and aligned with the organisation goals Develop Instructionally Designed content for all US Mortgage processes Perform TNA for processes across all locations and build a training strategy to remove the identified knowledge/skills gaps

 Develop and review existing training policies and procedures Supervise the training team and develop/review their KRAs (Key Responsibility Area), work assignment, performance, training delivery, etc.  Maintain trainees aging report for all training batches to adhere with the learning curve Perform knowledge transitions while onboarding new Mortgage Lender and identify the best mode of training delivery based on target audience and process complexity

 Develop and publish a monthly training schedule for all locations Book training venues across all locations as per monthly schedule Conduct training feedback for all training batches and prepare monthly report Ensure that all internal and external client feedback/errors are getting captured in the training content

 Conduct classroom and on-the-job training for all new joiners based on pre-designed training plans as per process requirements and maintain >90% throughput for all training batches Provide floor support to all trained batches post completion of training when they go live Prepare and conduct monthly PKTs to identify if there is any knowledge gap amongst the team members
