Looked after CII ' Skills Development Initiative.As a Principal Consultant I was responsible for managing various Government Stakeholders in MES scheme by doing the below mentioned activities:• Managing North Region as a whole Managing 9 states. • Dealing with 9 state directorates of technical education for Payments • Dealing with 2 RDAT’s (Regional Directorate of Apprenticeship Trainings) for Declaration of Results and issuance of certificates. Since the inception of Scheme in Nov 08 our region has done 1, 35,545 assessments worth close to 11 crores. • Dealing with a network of 2500 Vocational Training Providers in the region.• Facilitating CII in playing a catalyst role in helping NSDC ( National Skills Development Council) to form Sector Skill council and take one step ahead towards formulating the NVQF ( National Vocational Qualification Framework).Also Managed the co-ordination on Regional committee on Affirmative Action.
