• Heading the Sales and Marketing operations, particularly the import and distribution of hi–tech Capital equipments by world-famous companies based out of the Asia-Pacific region.• Handling the promotion and sale operations of capital equipments in Manufacturing and related sectors and managing the promotion, sale and customer support of specialized software's and necessary hardware all over India, especially in the Delhi(NCR) and North India.• Leading & Monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations, meeting of individual and group targets.• Independently handling the relevant markets as well as the relationships with clients and Principals from Singapore, Australia, Japan and China.• Identifying and networking with financially strong & reliable channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and improved market share.• Conceptualizing and implementing sales promotion campaigns and activities as a part of brand building.• Overlooking the efforts to organize periodic sales exhibitions to showcase key products and innovative machinery, and convincing potential customers about the value proposition of hardware and software products handled by the company.• Organize semi annual and annual sales conferences and analyze the performance and achievements of all the branches and set realistic targets.• Travelling to conduct meetings with the buyers and securing volume order.• Maintaining strong communication with clients and inhouse Service and Application Team for better support and relations. • Developing new markets for promoting the products, conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & competitor to achieve market share metrics.
