• Having around more than 5 yrs. of experience as a Recruiter (US IT recruitments), Contract and Permanent Staffing, Client handling experience• Recruit using job boards, LinkedIn and referrals. Shortlist profiles and set up their interviews.• Update candidates about their selection/rejection. • Carry out reference check for shortlisted candidates.

• Self-motivated professional who achieves results and has superior ability to coordinate and perform several projects simultaneously.• Experience in full recruitment life cycle.• Drove the hiring process in a high-volume / time-sensitive environment, working directly with account managers for several clients.• Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research/job portals, internal database, cold calling, referrals, networking, job fairs, and other strategies.• Responsible for checking references, negotiating terms and rates for each project, coordinating the interview process, extending offers, and closing candidates.

• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.• Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.• Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting recruiters, using newsgroups and job sites.• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.• Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications.
