I joined Colgate-Palmolive as a CP India’s Customer Development Internship Program in July’22. Currently, I am deployed in Kolhapur, Maharastra as a CD Intern. Where, I’ve got exposure to the real industry and worked in the different market segment like Metro (Goa), Middle India (Kolhapur) and Rural/RoU.Currently, I’m handling 3 Stockists, which contribute monthly INR 1.2 cr business, here in the Kolhapur Zone. Besides this, I lead a team of 15 members (1 PSR, 1 Merchandiser and 13 DSRs). Talking about my Roles and Responsibilities then it revolves around: Channel Sales Management (Primary and Secondary sales), Stockist Management, Instore Management, Communication, Relationship management, Data Analysis, Team building, Distribution Management, Monitoring KPIs of all the Stakeholders, Stock Replenishment, Business Development, Market Analysis, and B2B sales etc. Prior to this, I completed my MBA in Marketing from Department of Management Science (PUMBA), Pune University. Where I was the member of the Junior Placement and Corporate Cell.
