I am a seasoned professional with more than 18 years of experience in various job domains, including media, marketing, and the development sector. I started my career as an independent media consultant and worked on content writing, voice-overs, and presenter for various programs on television and radio channels. I then transitioned as a full time radio professional and worked with two of the best radio stations in Rajasthan, where I managed programming and content development teams, added value, and strategic inputs to the on-air content.My career growth led me to join the development sector, where I worked for almost ten years with Aide et Action International, a well-known global development organization. As a key team member, my role is to provide support to ongoing programs under the Livelihood Education thematic, including strategic planning, financial planning and budgeting, proposal development, program impact measurement through periodic monitoring and evaluation processes, and by preparing related documentation and communication tools.
