Bank Reconciliation Day to Day basis. Managing accounts payables which involves processing of all expenses bills & payment. Processing Employee Reimbursements as per group policy. Looking after Statutory liabilities calculation, payment, & Return filling of GST & TDS. Reconciliation of GST with 2A & TDS receivable reconciliation with the books. Maintaining inward / outward of stocks in system. Monthly verify with the Physical stock. Assistance in workings of Balance Sheet Quarterly. Assisting in preparation of weekly MIS of Sales, Debtors Creditors, Stock inward & outward & Cash flow. Coordinating with the internal auditors for monthly review of entries as per the provided policy & statutory auditors during audit and resolving their queries. Any other additional responsibility which is given by the seniors.

• Bank Reconciliation & Handling of Cash Day to Day basis.• Expense invoice booking and processing the payment.• Vendor Account reconciliation.• Bank Advice Entries & Inter Branch Reconciliation.• Assistance in workings of Balance Sheet Quarterly.• Preparation of Quarterly related party transaction Report.• Preparation of monthly Statutory MIS.• Calculations / E-payment & return filling of GST & TDS.• Reconciliation of GST with 2A & TDS receivable Recon with the books.• Preparation & working of Tax Audit & Income Tax scrutiny.• Any other additional responsibility which is given by the seniors.

• MIS reporting for ensuring all statutory reports/ returns are submitted and maintain records as per law of land. • Entire Payable management including booking of bills in tally, following up for bills not received and reconciliations on a quarterly basis. • Monthly calculation & payment of TDS, Sales Tax, Service Tax of all Co’ (MUMBAI, GUJARAT, AP, KOLKATA, COCHIN, CHENNAI)• Quarterly filling of TDS return & preparation & Issuance of TDS Certificate, & Reconciliation of TDS recoverable with 26AS.• Assistance in preparing yearly Tax Audit report & coordination with Statutory Auditors for scrutiny & Income Tax & Sales Tax Related work.

• Looking after all the entries like Sales, Purchase, Journals, and Cash & Bank Entries along with payments to the parties.• Coordination with Debtors & Creditors regarding Collection & Payment & also for Disbursement to get A/c Settle.• Looking after Reconciliations of Bank, TDS, and Inter Company transactions.
