- Establish relationship with leading and sub - paint manufacturers and in India and Nepal.- Minor product modifications for demonstrating key features in water-based coatings. - Jointly worked with key customers to drive innovation.- Conducting training sessions for Inter & Intra faculties over new products; and upcoming innovations supported by presentations & lab demonstrations.- Making joint visits with sales with objective of creating technical awareness of different concepts.

- Research and development of water borne architectural coatings.- Planning and organizing day to day research activity and resolving procedural problems as appropriate to the timely completion of project / research objectives.- Maintaining a broad knowledge different research techniques, technology, equipment's and systems. - Preparing promotional materials and supporting marketing and sales.- Supporting manufacturing facilities during product quality trouble shooting.- Handling trouble shooting, conducting comparative evaluation of competition.

- Understanding Customers requirement and upgrade/tailor make the product like increasing / decreasing tack, flow, imparting strength, flexibility, modifying the rheology of adhesive, improving softening point/heat seal ability setting time (for Water based emulsions for flexible packaging and Hot Melt glues etc.).- Identifying process related problems and take necessary development steps. Reduction in process rejection as well in increasing output.

- Development of Emulsion polymers for different end applications in packaging industry based on vinyl monomer and its co- polymers.- Development of thermoplastics resins for packaging industry based on EVA, SIS & SBS co-polymers.
