TD is one of top North American banks. I was responsible for overall operations of TD Bank’s data centre network, engaging with stakeholders and vendors to resolve complex network and security issues.

Frontier network is Toronto based internet service provider, serving top retail and residential customers across Canada and USA. I was part of senior network team handling below mentioned tasks mainly:-• Network design and architecture • VPN/IPSEC setup and administration• Voice over IP configuration and administration•Configuring & upgrading switches, routers, and firewalls (Cisco, Juniper & Fortinet)• MPLS, SDWAN, and IPVPN, UTM, and Firewalls.• Working on routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP• Layer 2 technologies such as spanning-tree, VLANs, and WLANs.• WAN and MAN technologies such as ADSL, EoC/TPIA, and Metro Ethernet.

Vitrum glass is pacific northwest’s largest glass fabricator dealing with various government, private construction projects across Canada and USA, located in Greater Vancouver and Calgary. I was part of IT infrastructure team and handling below tasks:-• Troubleshooting for software applications on desktop and laptop computers that communicate to/from application servers and third-party support software•Configure, Installs and supports windows & Linux servers•Deployment and management of servers in VMWare•Manage Active Directory, GPO, office 365, DNS & DHCP server•Manage Layer 2,3 Switches and LAN Network•Microsoft Azure: SaaS, PaaS, Azure AD•Deployment of antivirus and security solutions throughout entire system network

Cogeco peer 1, now called Aptum is hosting(Internet, cloud, infrastructure)service provider with more than 10 data centres & point of presence across North America and Europe. I was part of network operations team and handling below day to day tasks:- •Providing technical expertise to Aptum's co-location and network customers•Monitoring network health and responds to event alarms•Analyzing network traffic patterns and responds to security issues•Provisioning and implementation of Aptum customer's solution network.•Working with Cisco, Juniper, and Foundry routers/switches. •Working on Juniper firewalls and Brocade load balancers •Working closely with the network engineering team on ongoing network projects •Troubleshoot and resolve advanced network issues related to routing, vpn, latency and many more•Assisting data center operations with monitoring power, alerts, security and cooling systems.•Co-ordinating maintenance with service providers and remote Aptum's technicians

Fibrestream, now part of Beanfield is residential internet service provider across Canada. Was part of network build team and performed below duties:-• Establishing LAN infrastructure in the Condo Buildings• Configuring TP link switches with appropriate Vlans and IP addresses• Crimping CAT 5 & 6 connectors at the customer end and at the required devices• Providing Customer Services for the different internet speeds and infrastructure• Troubleshooting Wireless routers in case of firmware issues,remote access and IP settings• Assisting Network Engineers in Network Diagrams & Architecture

•Worked on Cisco Routers & Switches and learned about basic booting, backup, TFTP , SNMP monitoring configurations.•Hands on Configuring and troubleshooting different IP protocols like RIPv2, EIGRP, OSPF and BGP.•Tested various layer 3 features like IPV6, Redistribution, PIM, multicast & HSRP. •Performed and troubleshooted Labs on Layer 2 protocols like STP, RSTP, MSTP, MPLS, GRE TUNNELING on Cisco platform.•Used Cisco ASA 5505 and studied different security features like NAT, PAT, permitting and denying protocols for different users. •Inbound & Outbound traffic rule for interfaces on Access lists.
