Performing Qualitative & Quantitative Risk Analysis for project life cycles and developing risk management plan.Identifying stakeholders and Meeting their expectations.Also involved in marketing for winning projects, detailed estimation and Tender preparation and vendor Selection. Responsible for safety, Quality control and Training at site.Project Lead For "Execution of Class 100 Clean Room for Semiconductor and Nanotechnology Research which includes Gas Handling and Monitoring systems for 23 different Electronic gases."

• Managing and scheduling overseas Projects.• Tendering, Budget Estimation, Procurement, Vendor selection,• Designing of Process Equipments, Piping & Plants, Supporting fabrication team, Inspection of process equipments and process plant.• Erection and commissioning of full projects.• Coordination with drawing team, review of P&ID,• Preparation of datasheet, BOQ, BOM. • To coordinate with various consultants & Clients for process development and project completion.

• Designing of Process Equipments (Heat Exchangers, Distillation Columns, Dryers, Reactors etc. ) and Heat calculation, Mass and Material balance.• Tendering, Estimation, Procurement, Vendor selection,• Plant & Piping layout,• Auto Cad drawing,• Erection & commissioning of Projects, Basic piping design,• Review of PFD & P&ID,• Preparation of datasheet, BOQ, BOM,• Finalizing Civil layout, Erection and commissioning of API plant with cGMP.
