Review of the Internal Control Unit shop floor under the Risk Management Department. This entailed the following: Understanding of the department and its functionsIdentifying overlapping of tasks Standardization of schedule for Credit cards and Banking ( includes all loans)The objective of the project was to analyze the billing trends in terms of Bucket - wise and Geographical wise. The parameters used in the analysis was on the basis of the amount resolved, normalized and the payout to the vendors. The findings of the same were used in the final report representing my views on it
