• Providing litigation support to the respective clients before all legal Forums including Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, District Courts, Labor Courts, Industrial Tribunal and other Tribunals, through a team of around 8 professionals and with help of team of external Counsels.• Handling issues relating to obtaining Trademarks, Copyrights and Patents.• Assisting and aiding internal mechanisms for prohibition of sexual harassment, anti-corruption, Vigilance enquiries and facilitating the disciplinary actions emanating there from.• IPR registrations (TM, Copyrights, Design and Patents) and litigation and enforcement actions arising out of infringement of the same, including organizing and conducting raids on delinquent parties.• Successfully conducted criminal trials and argued Bails and dealt with criminal proceedings under PC Act, IPC, NI Act, Trademarks Act, Copyrights Act and SARFAESI Act.• Criminal Writs, including writs for quashing of FIRs and proceedings emanating there from and against orders of statutory bodies and investigating agencies.• Advise on setting up appropriate corporate structures with minimal regulatory interference. • Assistance in obtaining various regulatory approvals required in connection with setting up Indian operations.• Successfully conducted, filed and pursued arbitration proceedings, including filing and defending objections arising out of Awards, in Courts;• Successfully argued Service/Labor matters before Delhi High Court, Industrial Tribunals, Labour Courts, and Central Government Industrial Tribunal and provided regular advisory on Employment Laws.• Successfully handled Consumer cases before NCDRC, various State Commissions &District Forms on behalf of Consumers, Manufacturers and Service Providers against alleged deficiency in service, negligence etc. Handled cases of MRTP before MRTPC and provided opinions relating to the Competition Act.

Saket district Courts Responsibility: Drafting civil suits, revenue Petitions and appearance in the Court.
