I have been voluntarily associated with IIT-Home, True-Education Institute Pvt. Ltd., which is one of the best education institute in Central India based out of Nagpur, preparing students for competitive examination like IIT-JEE. I have been rendering my technical services and managerial services to build the internal administration.I was involved in developing up the processes and setting up the systems and training of employees and I have been closely associated with the MD, CEO & HR dept. for the organisation. I was also given the charge of the data department with a team of 5 & we were responsible for extracting, processing & analysing the student’s performance data & then I lead the presentation of the analytics to the Board & HoD.PROJECTS Undertaken.Purchase & setting up of Learning Management System - Apr 2020 - Nov. 2020During the 2020 Pandemic, education industry transitioned from offline to online mode of operations, since the organisation which is an education institute was required to transform their own learning pedagogy & systems. An online learning management system was the need of that hour.I was responsible for the strategic purchase and setting up of the Learning Management System (LMS) for the institute (I chose and got the deal signed with Canvas, one of the best LMS internationally). During this offline to online transition of operations, there was an urgent need of technically sound manpower & I was given the lead to train the Tier-2,3 employees for the LMS & in general.I was directly associated with the MD & CEO for setting up the internal systems & training of employees for this transition in functioning of the organisation. Our team was responsible for structuring various dept. and putting the systems in place viz. Workflows, SoP, Daily To-Dos and responsibilities for each Job Profile, defining each job profile in the organisation & detailing the Standard Operating Procedures for all the regular work of Tier-1,2,3 employees.
