Cellnext was a leading Wireless ASP in India building and operating innovative services for mobile users. As the head of engineering at Cellnext, I identified new business opportunities in emerging mobile technologies. It included a clear understanding of technology, markets and businesses across industry verticals, business modelling, and driving the company to realise the opportunities. Areas included mobile commerce, media on mobile (incl MMS, audio, video) and innovative enterprise applications.
