Manage planning implementation for a big Consumer goods & Pharma industry client and is responsible for overseeing the development and providing leadership in the strategic direction of global Enterprise Performance services within its Finance & Enterprise Performance practice. Ankur leads the design and conducts the final review to ensure that appropriate tools, methodologies, and strategies are utilized and that they comply with best practices and contractual obligations• Currently responsible for delivering a multi-year FP&A transformation on Anaplan, which includes Integrated business planning roll out globally, leading a team of functional, Architect and development resources across the world. Also, responsible to roll out capability across various sector such as Pharma and Medical devices. • Provide leadership, direction, and Subject Matter Expertise to the members of our Finance & Enterprise Performance service area, including leading the innovation of ideas, overseeing new client business development and managing business relationship with senior client leadership.• Oversee a subordinate team in business development and preparation of project proposals for Enterprise Performance portfolio clients, including presenting proposals to senior client leadership and ensuring that Finance & Enterprise Performance services are delivered per client requirements and industry standards.• Manage effective training programs to ensure enhancement of our employees’ skills and capabilities and that professionals have the appropriate level of functional and technical resources in order to effectively deliver our state-of-the-art financial transformation solutions.• Oversee the implementation of Consulting technology best practices, including category expertise, contract management, vendor management, negotiations, benchmarking, effective communication, and procurement execution.• Collaborate with senior leadership in the area of Finance & Enterprise Performance to determine and define the scope of work, resourcing, budget planning, quality management and timing of deliverables to support the engagements.• Oversee development of new assets and tools which will solve emerging business problems using various technologies such as Oracle, Anaplan etc.
