Senior Manager, Product Engineering
CurrentKey Result Areas:- Primarily own the portfolio of multiple products in FinTech domain & roadmap for Cabot Financials, the subsidiary of Encore. - Play the techno-functional role to inspire geographically located teams to design, develop, test & deliver cloud native IT solutions.- Drive architecture, technology discussion and cloud strategy in line with business needs and company reference architecture.- Architect microservices; Orchestration management in Cloud; Build single page application (SPA) using React/Angular.- Decompose monolithic architecture into microservices; results in faster development, better fault isolation, & improved scalability.- Closely work with engineers to follow the best engineering practices; code coverage, code security, scalability, and cloud optimization.- Deeply involved in scalable automated release pipelines with DevOps CI/CD, Client Secrets and QA automation workflows.- Involve in business development; grasp business opportunities, respond to RFPs/RFIs, and drive product roadmap. - Adapt Agile development, lead program-wide scrum of scrums, estimation, release planning, demos and health reporting.- Responsible for design of strategy & execution roadmap, SOW, KPIs, FTEs, program budgeting & controlling, and talent retention.- Assess & mitigate risks, accountable for escalating; influence without authority by balancing business needs versus technical constraints.
