Quality Assurance Manager
Current- Implementing QA processes and policies at organization level- Building defect prevention processes within the team and share insights that help fix the broken/bad processes- Resolving people dependencies and managing team capacity- Tracking and monitoring the bugs raised by customers- Contribute to excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and networking skills- Hiring activities- Managing and providing effective reporting to ensure that the QA KPIs and goals are met.- Contribute in delivering the projects in defined timelines with minimal bugs and maximum quality- Mentoring the subordinates to ensure their growth as individuals and fulfillment of their potential- Maintaining knowledge base and facilitating knowledge sharing between test teams- Planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement.- Creating and maintaining automation frameworks- Conducting the load testing
