Working as Terminal Manager -Fatuha Domestic Container terminal & SAIL Consignment Agent Yard. * Head of Marketing of Services and operations for Terminal/branch.*Responsible for Marketing of services of the company and acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers.* Responsible for planning, Controlling and monitoring of overall operations of the yard including TAT rakes , equipment and asset utilisation.* Co-ordinating and liasioning with various stakeholders such as Indian Railways and corporate Customers for smooth and efficient delivery of services.* Operationalized the Bathnaha-Biratnagar movement to cater to first EXIM container rake carrying third country cargo to Biratnagar, Nepal through LCS(Land Customs Station) Jogbani, Bihar.* Acquired new corporate customer M/s Ultratech Cement Limited to facilitate first time container based movement of cement.* Acquired new business stream of M/s SAIL direct dispatch consignments of Iron and Steel.

* Co-ordinating with Punjab State Land Authority for the acquisition of 150 acres of land for Multi Modal Logistics Hub at Ahmedgarh in Ludhiana.*Handled Day to Day activities administrative/Co-ordinating & Liaising activities of Punjab Logistics Infra Ltd.* Liasoning with Punjab state authorities for statutory and regulatory clearances for development of Dry port.*submission of IMC Application for notification as ICD at Ministry of Commerce. Liasoning with Indian Excise and customs for notification of the project as Inland Container Depot (ICD). *Drafting of application for Greenfield PFT and co-ordination with Northern Railways and for getting the Container Depot notified as Private Freight Terminal(PFT). *The commercial activity at Ahmedgarh dryport started with the first container train moved on 03.03.17

The growth in revenue for warehosue operations during the period was more than 7% YoY FY2014-15.* Effective management of idle time of handling equipment and rake turnaround led to more than 10% increase in throughput for 2014-15.*Tender/Contract drafting for contract values of more than 26 lakhs.
