• Steering initiatives towards product management of LG products from various LG subsidiaries in Korea, India, China, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Turkey, & so on• Led OEM brand “CG” and “Sensei” development with products like Black Goods, White Goods, Small Domestic Appliances, Cookware, etc. Today CG is Nepal’s Largest Electronics Brand• Product management for brands like LG, Beko, Black+Decker, Crompton, Godrej, TCL, Kent, Midea, etc. worldwide on an exclusive basis for Nepal market• Monitoring:o Preparation of Annual Business Plan for entire Electronics Divisiono Liaison with principal companies (10 brands) for entire sales, marketing, service, production and operational issues• Identifying key channel partners resulting in global expansion of joint product offering across International locations • Increasing revenue and pipeline growth through strategic sales solutions, analytics and channel partner alliances within short time of on-boarding • Steering business operations for the profit center to realize pre-planned sales and revenue targets; formulating profit center budget for operational / business development activities • Formulating, developing and implementing yearly business strategies to ensure attainment of revenue goals and profitable sell-through• Administering product development operations as per legality and ensuring conformity of the established regulations• Evaluating vendor performance to ensure adherence to pre-defined specifications and supply of quality raw material / execution of job works w.r.t. service, cost, delivery & quality norms• Establishing long lasting relationships with key accounts; addressing customer complaints, creating short-term / long-term plans to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
