The commodity trading landscape in which I am actively involved for over 15 years is no different and is changing rapidly, partly due to companies enthusiastically adopting new technologies. I, single-handedly, started commodity trading entity from the ground up and painstakingly grew it into multi-million trading house with procurement and operations offices in Indonesia and Singapore within a short span and transformed the set-up from purely trading company into a much-valued, end-to-end supply chain with local procurement . The Parent Company holds offices in Africa, Asia and SE Asia.. Currently holding C-Suite role as Managing Director of Amaris International Pte Ltd and Director in Parent Company , Assar International Pte Ltd . I created the strategy and direction including modelling & setting the companies’ culture, values and behaviour with oversight on finances, capital allocation, P&L, business development & operation.Though I spend a large part of my professional career in multi-commodity trading, I am well-versed in managing other industries such as FMCG , Technology, E-commerce and even Business consulting. The management leadership experience and global outlook of business competitiveness honed from my senior management executive roles with those global trading entities, prepare well for my next Job opportunity.As a business leader, I strive to bring 100% to the work that I enjoy and love to do. To me, people are the key reason why businesses exist.
