Working at Vistaprint has been very exciting. Being at Vistaprint, the unique work culture, enthusiasm and transparency appeals me the most. Having worked with highly skilled, fun loving, friendly and supportive individuals at Vistaprint, I got to learn so many things in various domains such as technology, process management, people growth and general administration.I have grown from being an individual contributor as a software programmer to managing a team. I also worked on developing processes for a rapidly developing organization and its operations for Vadodara location.

During this period, I was part of startup Soft Sight Technologies Private Limited (currently known as Cimpress India Private Limited) in the capacity of technology lead. My responsibilities included managing the delivery of asks for technology improvements on threadsmith.com - an e-commerce website offering customized embroidery products to US customers. At the time of acquisition by Vistaprint (a Cimpress company), I also got an opportunity to learn more about M&A process.
