About Ankur Shrivastava

I work as a Lead Software Engineer in Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories. I work on a multi-processor based embedded system. I primarily write code in C and Assembly Language. The most interesting and challenging part of my work is to make things work on a multi-processor based system. This helps me to learn how processors can communicate and synchronize with each other. I write code in Real-Time Operating System (RTOS) based environment for deterministic time based performance of the system. I am also learning RTL where we write code which translates to a hardware circuit on a FPGA and runs at a blazing fast speed. Other part of my job is to lead the firmware development in projects.
