With over two decades of experience working closely with economically and socially deprived communities, I am passionate about creating scalable, sustainable solutions that address the needs of micro & small entrepreneurs and households, part of Rising BHARAT. My journey spans leadership roles in non-profit and market-based organizations. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of grassroots needs, aspirations, and the role that different stakeholder—from governments to investors—play in creating systemic change.I have worked extensively within the startup ecosystem and have played a critical role in shaping the strategy of multiple financial services startups, some of which have now grown into leading Small Finance Banks and large NBFC-MFIs with AUM exceeding ₹75,000 crores and listed on stock exchanges.My entrepreneurial journey has instilled in me a deep understanding of navigating uncertainty and building strong, sustainable businesses to address geographic, financial and digital challenges of the underserved small & micro entrepreneurs and households especially in rural and semi-urban parts of Aspiring India.
