I joined Aargus Infotec Pvt. Ltd as a Coordinator in the October 2013. In short Span of 2 months Got Promoted as the Project Manager. After successfully managing various Projects for a period of 1 Year currently Heading the HR and Project Management together.Have a Ground level understanding of Clients and Customer and Employees Requirements on various aspects.Easily get mixed up with people around me.Have a capability to easily convey my opinions and thoughts to Employees, Customers and Clients as well.Personally feel energetic and enthusiastic at my work place.I personally believe that every employee is Important and Accountable and could bring great success on his/her part to the company, just by contributing his/her 100% whenever and wherever Required.
