I have done business with over 60% of all mobile operators in the world, i.e. over 500+ mobile operators out of the nearly 800 across 142 countries. I have also serviced over 75+ Telecom Regulators and Ministries on crucial Telecom and Internet related issues. I've had the honour of shaping crucial policy level decisions for governments and international bodies like the UN, ITU, BEREC (Body of European regulators) among others. I have hands-on execution experience of implementing complex projects within the Mobile Telecoms Business across multiple areas like Analytics & Big Data, Customer Experience, Internet of Things, BSS/OSS, Pricing, Loyalty & Churn Management, Segmentation, Micro-Segmentation, Mobile Money, Self Care, Roaming Disruptions, Sales Distribution & Management, Network Sharing, Digital Services, among others. At the start of my career, I founded and successfully reverse-merged my first venture with a publicly listed company in the OSS/BSS vertical. At age 21, I conceived and implemented the world's first & largest short code based service. I'm a Director in a Venture Firm & an avid investor in Telecom, Media and Technology companies. I hold an Honors degree in Economics and a Masters of Sciences from City University, London.I've made regular appearances in the media in print, radio and television like the BBC, Sky News, CNBC on Mobile and Internet related topics.I can count over 500+ mobile operators globally as loyal, repeat customers, namely Vodafone, O2, BT, Orange, Virgin, Boost, Verizon, Rogers, Airtel, Reliance, Hutchison, M1, Singtel, NTTDoCoMo, Mobilkom, T-mobile, MTN, Zain, CellC, 8ta among others. I have also worked closely with organisations like MTV, Nokia, Motorola,Universal, SUN, Siemens, Sony, Procter & Gamble, Ofcom, Plantronics, Kodak and CPW among others.
