As A General Manager I am in charge of all daily hotel operations to guarantee that guests enjoy an outstanding experience. I am responsible for all hotel services, such as guest relations, front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, revenue management, expense management, team building, and employee development.

Ensure quality standards throughout the hotel and provide an excellent experience for the guests. This role is responsible for overseeing accommodation, food and beverage, reception, conference and banqueting as well as the spa. The role is key for maximizing guest satisfaction and for the strategic development of the property. This is a leadership role skills, excellent attention to detail and ability to execute and follow through on hotel operations.

Directs and controls Front Office, House –Keeping, Reservation, Telephone Section, Kitchen Department and F & B DepartmentKEY DELIVERABLES:• Develop and recommend the budget, marketing plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans.• Experience in developing standards and operation procedures.• Assists the M.D. in the development of the department’s annual budget.• Monitors the performance against plan.• Responsible for short and long term planning and the management of the Rooms operations in the front and back of the house.• During "Close" and "On Request" period personally takes control of the booking situation, maximize rooms' sales and accurately forecasting "No Show" of” Cancellation.• Communicates and ensures follow-through on guest requests and/or complaints.• Reviews guest comment cards and complaint letters and takes action.• Works to ensure high scores for cleanliness and other housekeeping related items on all Franchise inspection.• Develops an inspection program for all-public areas and guestrooms to ensure that proper maintenance and standards are achieved and sustained.• Keeps abreast of advances in the Housekeeping field and works to improve methods and productivityty.• Recommends ideas and follows through with renovating, refurbishing, and decorating guestrooms.• Communicates the discrepancies in room status, and ensures that corrective action is taken.• Assists Management with any and all internal investigations.• Assures complete communication within departments for all staff members.• Conducts regular Housekeeping department meetings.• Maintains sufficient supplies and materials for department operations, while maintaining inventory levels and cost-control.• Report all accidents and incidents to management immediately.
