QA Lead Responsibilities:1. Manage validations for multiple iOS and Android mobile apps, ensuring quality across platforms.2. Analyze and communicate requirements from business teams, converting them into detailed stories/tasks for the QA team.3. Prepare and maintain comprehensive test plans, environments, repositories, execution records, and defect tracking in JIRA.4. Assign and oversee QA activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines and conducting frequent follow-ups.5. Conduct mobile app testing using in-house automation tools and API automation with JMeter and Runscope.6. Analyze cloud logs using AWS CloudWatch and Kibana, and manage OTA updates for remote appliance updates.7. Determine QA scope, effort estimations, and timelines, and communicate these with PO/PM, providing regular status reports.8. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives, contributing to agile processes.9. Conduct monthly one-on-one meetings to understand team members' interests, address pain points, and provide feedback, motivating and appreciating their efforts.10. Mentor and guide QA team members, encouraging additional responsibilities and certifications based on their interests.
