The work profile involves managing and handling the logistics coordinator through which all the Loads are booked and making sure that the company profitability is not compromised.

 Maintaining Regular Flow of Cash by rigorous following & collection of payments from the concern clients on daily basis. Making proper arrangements for lifting up of the orders which have been booked by the customers by way of L/C or cash. Providing dispatch details & Invoice copies to the parties on daily basis by coordinating with the distribution department. Coordinating with the Finance department and the concern party whenever the L/C has been opened so that the desired amount gets realized on the due date. Having a proper watch on the market conditions and sharing them with the corporate marketing office which enables them to make certain decisions relating to pricing & allocation of materials. Preparing and submitting Weekly & Quarterly Market Report to the corporate marketing office. Providing important inputs on the customer’s stock position of the imported materials to the corporate marketing office. Providing Information about the International market situation of our Industry and customers industry. Providing details of small customers to our distributor to increase our sales. Collection of C Forms & providing E1 Form to the concern party at the end of every Quarter.
