> Leverage internal technical expertise, including peers, mentors, knowledge base, community forums and other internal tools, to provide the most effective solutions to customer issues.> Create new knowledge base articles to capture new learning's for reuse throughout the organisation.> Define and drive changes to our product with our development engineering team based on feedback from customers and field implementations.> Work with technology partners (VMware, Citrix, Microsoft, Redhat) to resolve issues and push improvements in our ecosystem.> Expertise in Cloud domain like AWS, ESXi networking, KVM and other open-source product like Kubernetes and Linux distributed systems.> Good understanding of REST API’s.
