 Accountable for all brand related performance metrics Currently handing 9 stations of UP  Creating Quarterly operating plans for station along with the Regional Programming Head & regional Business Head Creating monthly customer marketing plans basis feedback from sales teams and ensuring implementation of the same Tracking all competitive campaigns and reporting the same. To manage all BTL activities and events end to end, that happens in the respective clusters Planning, costing and project management of all BTL projects in the clusters Creating campaigns for the brand to communicate the spikes both ATL and BTL. Making weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on brand promotions activities in line with the processes articulated.

 Conceptualization and development of new Event ideas, promotional activities that create a buzz around Hindustan all year long in Kanpur and upcountry districts Proper execution of branding and marketing activities designed by HO Keep good relationships with the vendors and suppliers; negotiate and handle over contract throughout the year Planning of the events with Media Marketing Head to achieve organization objectives and goals through various revenue generation events Planning of the various activities with Sales Head to increase the circulation of newspaper in city and upcountry  Activating the brand in city and upcountry through various reader engagement initiatives  Planning and executing 360 degree marketing campaigns across Kanpur and UPC Ensuring continuous tracking of competition activities and formulating combat strategies to counter competition threats Working closely with the editorial, media marketing and circulation team to ensure continuous improvement and sustained product quality
