The Project focused on the study of the current trends in Company's buying behavior and perception towards IPLC. IPLC (i.e. International Private Leased Circuit) where in a dedicated line will be set up for offices of the company in different locations – within/outside the country to prevent data hacking and to increase the data transfer rate. The project also involved formulating and conducting the survey targeting IT/ITES/BPOs companies across Delhi/NCR. It resulted in key findings in Consumer perception towards various IPLCs service providers across the globe and generated specific recommendations for Bharti Airtel that enabled the company to create target programs that allow for a better market penetration.
