As member of A&DM Analytics Lab, I am responsible for managing commercial advanced analytics advisory pursuits and project delivery across Americas region. In addition, I am managing a team of 15 data scientists.

Analytics and BI consultancy for online marketing and web user experience, as well as, installbase marketing using email engine.Manage team of data scientists to build the practice. Manage relationships with stakeholders and further penetrate the accounts.Contribute to the capability and solution development for marketing using Big Data platforms.

As a member of Field Marketing team, my day to day responsibilities included contributing to planning, execution, and monitoring of demand generation programs across the Americas - with a focus on Canada. I also lead virtual team of contributors to manage complex demand generation initiatives and thought leadership initiatives. I collaborated with various teams to author effective direct marketing copy (e-mail, landing pages, etc) and assisted seminar speakers in preparing effective presentations. In addition, I managed our relationship with CRM vendors and contact list vendors. Prior to this role, I was Associate Manager with Marketing Operations at FICO, contributing in cross-functional projects involving Business Process Re-Engineering, Marketing Research and Analytics, Competitive Intelligence, Executive Dashboards and Reports, and CRM system design.

This was start of my tenure at FICO that eventually rolled into a full time position of Associate Manager with FICO Marketing.

I contributed in development of departmental EMR solution for Cardiology units. I participated in all phases of product development and also supported Beta client teams during product role out stage.
