- Working in parallel with the Development team to add new Automation Test suite cases for upcoming sprint items which in all helps in performing Acceptance Test Driven Development; Actively help in Refactoring the previously written ATs to make them persistent with the new scenarios of Trading solution.- Actively collaborate with the development teams to analyze, review and resolve software bugs/defects and help clients with their day to day problems; Perform and execute testing of new and revised functionalities of the trading solution; Improved automated trading process.- Maintaining client relationship by interacting with them through weekly interactions/status calls to discuss future prospects and ongoing issues status; Conducted multiple weekly meetings with global clients and helped them in resolving issues faced by traders.- Collaborated and guided project teams in their process to onboard a new multinational banking and financial services company to use ION's trading solution.
