 Assess feasibility of the annual and monthly production plans shared by Corporate to ensure robust planning  Modify rolling production plan in consultation with other departments in light of unexpected changes, eg. Breakdown, non availability of raw materials, etc. Suggest system improvements or changes to enable implementation of plan at the plant and enhance capacity utilization Drive timely delivery of products through regular shop floor supervision and resolution of issues  Coordinate with other departments to get real time information on any changes in plan expected by them. Prioritize activities in light of such changes Prepare day-to-day schedule of activities to be conducted in his area Prepare manpower deployment plan for all shifts to ensure optimal manpower utilization Monitor shift production data and suggest corrective action to maintain efficiency. Prepare daily production report. Filling of change control, deviation. Timely completion of investigations and CAPA. Preparation and periodic revisions of SOP’s. Review preventive maintenance plans and deployment of Production staff for the scheduled slots to ensure timely maintenance of equipments with minimum loss of production Conduct the Hazop study and select equipments for the new product along with R&D team  Review the Master BMR to ensure setting of correct processes for future commercial production of the new product  Execute the production plan for trial and validation batches  Ensure that quality control practices and environmental and cGMP norms are adhered to in the plant  Provide functional and technical guidance through on the job coaching to the team to ensure capability development of the subordinatesSpecialties: TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE
