• Production of periodic consolidated management reports including Bi-monthly revenue & expense flash reports using Hyperion Essbase, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

• Reviewing Business Case documents, Stakeholder and Core Team meeting minutes, and interviewing key stakeholders (including Program Managers, Program Business Owner / Sponsor).
• Budgeting: Preparation of the annual $1bn+ Optus Capital Works Plan (Annual Operating Budget), including presentations to the Optus Executive Committee, the SingTel Board and other trading meeting forums.
