- Working on development of detail process of new molecule at site by gaining knowledge through technology transfer package & assessment of challenges from the process and engineering perspective- Worked & completed the Project of Capacity enhancement of existing batch size as part of continuous improvement projects at site- Working on the yield improvement projects involving technical understanding of Product and Process know how along with practical application of operational excellence tools - Working on evaluation of manufacturing Process including process mapping and Parameters/ CPPs for understanding the critical path and assessment of each step - Working with the team on Critical investigations and implementation of its CAPAs to its closure - Providing technical support to manufacturing team in process development, investigations, continuous process verification and process improvement for ZDT(Zero defect Transfer) process- Conduct FMEA, assess risk factors/gaps, & formulating the mitigation plan - Providing process engineering support for scale-up, engineering & developmental batches while monitoring CPP/CQAs to design & optimize the complete process. - Performing statistical evaluation of the data available from historical batches or from study batches using tools like MINITAB for logical inferences and drawing conclusion - Part of the manufacturing team for the execution and troubleshooting of Scale up, study and exhibit batches

• Managed Cost savings and Cost improvement programs related to Manufacturing, Engineering and Quality functions with the potential to save the site approximately USD 5MM • Maintained and Prepared detail project plans for each individual Program using Microsoft Project Planner(MPP) • Successfully completed three of the Cost improvement Programs and received Mission Awards for the same• Prepared and worked on the detail plans for equipment qualification activities Projects at site for three of the manufacturing lines• Identifying risks/issues that may come up in the course of a project and preparing mitigation plan for same• Working with various functions and proactively working towards preventing and solving problems during execution activities• Developed and managed the Competency based training program at site for different functions• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly project progress reports• Initiating and developing governance structure for various critical projects at site and escalating to higher management in timely manner • Managed programs focused on improving the Quality and Value chain system in the organization such as Supply assurance, Inventory management along with cost improvement and Cost savings
