PLANNING AND EXECUTION ( Vestas and Suzlon Wind turbine Installations)Prepare the tool box talk and issue the work permit at work place.Material unloading and loading as like tower, nacelle, hub, blade and wind turbine accessories at location.Planning of heavy material and storage and movement as per erection plan.Pre Planning of 600 ton crean assembly and position of as per crean chart for erection of wind turbine parts.lifting tools assembly and setting as per WECC type and use.Assembly and Installations of service lift installation and commissioning.Planning for stretching and torque of wind turbine different stage.Planning for 33 KV Power cable and control cables installation as well as cable laying.Technical Support to team and co-orations with team member for timely work complete.Create the work completion report as per daily work progress and make invoice and submit to client.Handle 3 and 6 erection team of each 17 and 25 member of crean packages. For V-100 Vestas turbine and S9X Suzlon turbine.Audit of turbine with customer and work carried out as per instruction and safe way.Excavation of Suzlon S9x turbine foundation area, leveling, PCC , Steel binding, Casting, Curing, and Back filling.RMC Plant De-Erection, Loading, Transportation, Unloading, Erection of RMC batching Plant.
