As an HSE Professional, I have over 20 years of experience in ensuring the health and safety of factory and site workers across various sectors, such as oil and gas refinery, infrastructure, erection and commissioning, manufacturing. I hold multiple certifications in HSE management and know Acts, Rules & Standards, such as The Factory Act 1948, The Maharashtra Factories Rules 1963, OSHA Act 2003 and IS 14489.My core competencies include conducting HSE inspections and audits, preparing risk assessments, implementing HSE plans, developing and coordinating emergency procedures and drills, providing HSE leadership and direction, ensuring compliance and regulations, and training and mentoring staff. I have successfully managed complex and challenging HSE issues, partnered with operations teams to execute company EHS policies, and presented HSE statistics to the management.
