I am working with Regulatory department.Responsible for entering & maintaining data in accordance with the established product EHS standards in Chemges system.Execute standard rules for regulatory compliance, hazard communication & dangerous good by generating SDS.Co-ordinate with R& D team for the data required for creating SDS.

Responsibilities • Develop R&D capability for spinning process,& fiber analysis.• Coordinate with vendors for procurement & maintenance of various instrument & parts.• In charge of the pilot scale spinning machine for dry-jet wet spinning.• Conduct chemical & physical analytics using various methods like titration, optical microscope using various instruments like RI meter, Tensile measurements using vibroscope.• Maintain proper report & documentation of results & their subsequent analysis.• Preparing daily plan & meeting the targets.• Rheology study of polymer dope using Oscillatory rheometer.• Accountable to create a safe working environment, manage risk, Reduce Exposure to Hazardous liability and making ensure of implementation of QHSE policy

Responsibilities• Operate (Water Alliance) HPLC 2487 dual wavelength & 2996 photodiode array detector with Empower Chromatographic data system.• Operate GC auto sampler (Agilent) with FID & EZ Chrome as chromatographic data system.• Also have an experience in KF(Metrohm),LOD, Auto-titration(Metrohm),Melting point(Buchi).
