Direct ResponsibilitiesOperations MANAGEMENT: Processing of Remittances related transactions to ensure that they are accurate, as per the prescribed service delivery standards and as per the SLA with the sites.OPERATIONS RISK MANAGEMENT: Maintain control over outstanding and unreconciled entries. Implement and monitor control plans and pay attention to risk related areas in operations.COMPLIANCE: Ensure adherence to internal guidelines, compliance, legal and regulatory aspects .TEAM SUPERVISION &TRAINING: Monitor the performance of the Team members. Provide Training support wherever needed.Contributing ResponsibilitiesCUSTOMER SERVICE: Monitor turnaround times, and operational efficiency. Resolve customer complaints and queries raised from BTMU Branches.CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Support Branches to address ultimate client needs and resolve customer complaints if any.INFORMATION MANAGEMENT: Supervise preparation and submission of MIS and reports to management as required and disseminate information to the Team.

Clearing:• Managing Inward Clearing and Outward Clearing activities within the cut off timings and without exceptions.• To maintain clean operations by ensuring all suspense accounts tallying on every day and necessary records, reports and vouchers are maintained.• Submission of periodical MIS to superiors within stipulated timelines.• Authorization of all CMS instruments / transactions.• Maintaining Clearing A/c with SBI and managing Remittance.• Handling BCP Clearing during strikes• Verification and Authorisation of all cheques received for collection without exceptions.• To ensure dispatch of the schedules to the right locations in time.• To ensure timely presentation of cheques received under schedules for collection after due verification and related activities.• Follow-up for schedules in case not received as required / send tracers.• Issuance of instruments like Demand Draft/Manager Cheques, etc. as per prescribed process.• Safe custody of numbered instruments and maintenance of proper records.• Timely processing of all BTI (Bankers to Issue) applications received at the branch.DVU and A/c opening:• KYC-DVU for Account opening (CASA/Deposits)• Scrutiny of A/c opening applications• RE-KYC of existing A/c • Processing of customer instruction receivedRetail Assets:• Responsible for acceptance, scrutiny, verification, processing and disbursal of Loans (AL / UC / TW / PL/BL).• Timely follow-up with recovery agency for defaulting customer.• Ra-Csd center for customer requests like Issuance of NOC, foreclosure, part payment of loan• Training Sales executive with processesOperations:• To maintain clean operations by ensuring adherence to the processes, maintaining high level of compliances, records maintenances reports checking, reviewing etc. • Follow processes & guidelines strictly without deviations.
