  Job Responsibility Details1.Invoice Verification (MIRO) for all Admin Vendors / Professional expenses.2. Review of Open Items in GRIR account and follow-up with concerned departments to ensure smooth closing of books at month-end.3. Ensure compliance with the Terms of the Agreement entered by the Company with vendors.4. Ensure statutory compliance relating to areasassigned (GST, TDS etc.)5. Monthly review of Vendor Ageing report6. Appropriate accounting of all Fixed assets related expenses.7. Monthly review of Open vendor advances and follow-up with concerned department8. Ensure compliance with SOP / DOP while processing the invoices.9. Vendor reconciliation on half yearly basis.10.Monthly preparation of GL reconciliations.11. Arranging payments of all vendors as per payment cycle.12. Month-end & Year-end closing of all expenses. Preparation of all audit schedules and appropriate accounting of prepaid expenses.13. Ensure payments to MSMED vendors are made with in 45 days
