All the funding & cash application process is done with the help of Factorlink. It is aimed to ease the process of entire factoring value chain & bring down all the activity under one shell; it also performs following key operations.• End to end process of Factoring Operations (AR).• Reconciliation of various reports in system to verify sub ledger data against main General ledger. • Working with the Working Capital Solutions (WCS) overseeing the entire Factoring Value Chain from Invoice Discounting, Funding, and Cash-application to GL Reconciliation from the sub ledger for the data flowing to Client Mainframe (GL).• Reconciliation of various reports in system to verify sub ledger data against main General ledger. • Writing down functional specifications from finance & risk side.• Doing gap analysis to ensure business requirements & functional specifications are tested & fulfilled.• Interacting with client for requirement gathering, system study & analysis.• Handling various aspects like project documentation, system design & integration, monitoring critical paths, understanding upstream and downstream process & taking appropriate actions.• Defect locking in HP QC (ALM) and performing UAT activity.• Analyzing the system from financial perspective & giving Go/ No-Go for converting the functionalities in production• Implementing project plans within deadlines and defining best practices for project support and documentation. • Suggesting appropriate as well as technology-based solutions for enhancing functional efficiency of the organization and achieving business excellence.• Developing process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process training modules.• Executing testing methodologies from unit & module to UAT.
