• Detailed knowledge and understanding of solid modeling and sheet metal development.• Programming and designing for CNC equipment, Lasers, Hydraulic bending systems, and Welding. • Utilize various CAD/CAM and Bystronic software for designing and manufacturing processes. • Complete understanding of machine capabilities and how to design for manufacturing.• Review customer-supplied CAD programs for in-house quality assurance.• Convert supplied blueprints into efficient solid models and CAD files.

• Use my knowledge on General Dimension and Tolerancing (GD&T) and reading blueprints to inspect parts for their quality using multiple mechanical tools in the process. • Completing a wide range of inspection procedures while paying attention to small details and running tests on parts focused on the aerospace and defense industry for efficiency.• Maintain, compile, and summarize tests and inspection data relating to the quality of the parts. • Perform FAI’s (First Article Inspection), In-process and Final Inspection for finished parts. • Identify and document Nonconforming Material (NCR).

• Provide customers with an appropriate rate quote depending on the type of cars that they desire to drive. • Inspect the condition of the cars upon return. • Effectively communicate the terms and conditions of the rental contract, vehicle features, and other services. • Sell optional protection products, upgrades, and additional equipment. • Basic accounting functions such as research and billing support, account charges and balances, and payment methods.
