Worked as Senior Process Executive, in Accounts Payable process:• Processing invoices, received from Business into Optima tool (Electronic invoice processing tool.)• Quality check of the invoice copies in Optima, Vendor history verification in SAP Vendor Master. Updating the Vendor details i.e. Vendor name, address, Bank details, Currency etc. for existing vendors as well as creation of new vendor accounts in SAP VM.• Validation of the vendor history to avoid incorrect/duplicate payment to vendor.• Updating the coding details i.e. business sector, cost center and GL account code. Sending the invoices to business resource/business contact for approval.• Once the coding details approved by business contact, forwarding the invoice to next stage i.e. General authorization, Financial FCD authorization and SAP Payment.• SOX evidence standardization weekly report preparation.
