I am currently an open-source intelligence analyst covering the APAC region for a Big Tech client. I have a Master in Public Policy (as a Li Ka Shing Foundation scholar) from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore (NUS), and a bachelor's degree in political science, international relations, and economics from the University of Western Australia. I was previously a research analyst at the Institute of South Asian Studies (ISAS), an autonomous research institute at NUS, where my research focused on South Asian affairs (with a particular focus on India and the Indo-Pacific). I have interned at the ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute, Konrad Adenauer Stiftung, AmCham Singapore, Asia-Europe Foundation, and the Youth Affairs Council of Western Australia. Prior to university, I completed military service in the Singapore Armed Forces as an infantry section commander.I am passionate about international relations. As a Pacific Forum Young Leader, I attended the CONVERGE Indo-Pacific Critical Tech Forum (2024) and was selected for the inaugural Pacific Forum US- Singapore Next Generation Leaders Initiative (2021). I have been a volunteer editor with the ASEAN-Australia Strategic Youth Partnership and Young Professionals in Foreign Policy. I have also been a participant/delegate/moderator at several international youth programmes such as the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) Academy Public Policy Seminar (2023), NTU-STEP Youth Regional Affairs Dialogue (2021), UNESCO Youth As Researchers 2020, Singapore-Indonesia Youth Leaders Exchange Programme (2019-2020), Asia-Pacific Week at Australian National University (2018), the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Voices of the Future (2018), and the 7th ASEF Model Asia-Europe Meeting (2016). In 2008, I was chosen for the US Department of State sponsored Kennedy-Lugar Youth Exchange and Study (YES) Program.
