Optimized supply chain and logistics cost through various projects across the spectrum:- Built ocean freight ETA prediction model to predict the arrival time of an ocean container to the port of destination and enabled 25% saving in the Demurrage and Detention cost- Built a risk assessment model for obsolescence under supply chain overhead losses. This model helps predict the expected obsolescence across multiple SKU-brewery level to take corrective actions and move the inventory before the risk of obsolescence rises.

Was responsible for problem solving, business growth and client experience while leading a portfolio of cross-industry accounts – Media and marketing agency, Largest Automobile manufacturer and setting Mu Sigma for success with a new discount retailer client. Designed transformation journeys and solutions for customer success.- Created a digital transformation journey for the Media and marketing agency client- Converted a discount retailer prototype account to a retainer- Executed hands on and led multiple high impact projects for the Media agency and discount retailer client like Multiple marketing campaign design and effectiveness evaluation (YouTube test design, Instore Radio test, BOPIS), Created holistic consumer identify shopping behavior and consumption pattern for personalized targeting, Designed and created a Predictive Utilization decision board for the agency client to measure employee productivity and team size estimation

Was responsible for leading and managing the Fortune 1 retailer’s Marketing analytics team partnership with Mu Sigma and setting Mu Sigma for success with a new media and marketing agency client.
