Spearheaded and managed a global project that improved CMI’s ability to assess and mitigate emissions risk exposure of End of Useful Life products. Led multiple cross-functional teams responsible for procurement and testing validation of diesel and natural gas engines in North America, Europe, China, India and LATAM.Led and managed diverse teams of up to 11 engineers to assess emissions risk in compliance with regulatory standards. The teams included 5 direct reports and 6 indirect reports.

Managed team of senior engineers and technicians responsible for testing 50+ emissions audits in year and assessing compliance risks of all new 12-15L Cummins diesel & SI engines produced in North America.

Developed calibration content (steady state and transient) for launch of MY19 RAM 2500 truck that met all criteria pollutants and greenhouse gas engine out emissions requirements along with 5% fuel economy improvement from previous product.

Developed robust SCR Thermal management methodology, created simplified aftertreatment (AT) dosing control algorithm, fine-tuned AT tables to deliver emissions compliant calibrations for 2014 QSL8.9 Off-highway product launch.
