Snyk, a cybersecurity unicorn used by millions of developers to scan, detect and fix vulnerabilities in their code acquired Fugue in 2022. I was responsible for training and onboarding of the Fugue and Snyk pre-sales, Customer Success and Support teams. As part of the account planning, I partnered with the Account Executives to identify cross-sell opportunities and own renewal/expansion.

Fugue was acquired by Snyk in Feb 2022.Built and operated pre-sales Solutions Engineering and post sales Customer Success functions for a Cloud Infrastructure security platform from pre-product/pre-revenue through acquisition by Snyk with multi-million dollar ARR.

• Understand business requirements, define system landscape, identify gaps between existing and end solution and translate these into technical solutions based on the chosen platforms. • Provide appropriate development specifications and support technical consultants and architects in delivering solutions.• Design and create the underlying data structure and data flows to support the application build using Visualforce, Apex and other available tools on Force.com platform.• Define, design data migration strategies including evaluation of tools needed for data integration and migration of data. This includes comparing Salesforce data migration tools and other vendor tools such as Mulesoft and Informatica.• Assist Scrum Masters to size user stories, plan sprints and support entire Agile project lifecycle. • Mentor a team of 20+ developers and architects.• Own technical solution for RFPs, RFIs and SOWs.• Co-managing Mulesoft and custom application development practice with EAI Practice Lead.

• Led post-sales customization of On-Demand software eBallot in ColdFusion, ASP, HTML and SQL Server.• Managed an outsourced team of 5 people for testing new releases and maintained the release process.• Created solution that integrated with 3rd party membership databases such as Rapattoni, TIMSS and IMS to ensure seamless transfer of information.• Developed and managed e-commerce website for US Congress Magazine in ColdFusion, Javascript, HTML, CSS and SQL Server with subscription based PDF updates section.• Created customized SQL stored procedures and cursors to generate specialized reports for users and magazine.• Developed a home grown customer service tool to log support tickets and integrated it with eBallot product. • Developed documentation for SAS70 certification. • Assisted in creating backup processes for IIS web servers and SQL Server databases.
