• Responsible for developing projects from initial planning stage to completion for Residential, Corporate, Healthcare and Showrooms• Overseeing and possibly participating in the production of FF&E.• Developing design ideas together with other designers to pitch for projects.• Preparing space planning and schematic plans for interior spaces, leading the team to produce layouts, 3ds visuals and details.• Dealing with the project managers and reporting to the upper management.• Producing working drawing packages & presentation boards.• Make professional presentations to clients in office and through on-site appointments • Communicating with and supervising subcontractors and suppliers to ensure that the delivery and execution of work on site is done to our specifications and in accordance to our drawings.
